Matt Malpass is an American music producer and writer. He has produced, engineered, mixed, or written tracks for Cute Is What We Aim For, Rookie of the Year, The Ready Set, and Train.

Matt Malpass got his start in music at age 11 when he began playing guitar. Malpass spent his teenage years touring in various bands, including Inkwell. While working with a number of producers on the road, Malpass decided to pursue production himself; he began working with old tourmates and eventually built his own studio. He has since worked with Copeland, Relient K, Lydia and Rookie of the Year among others.
Matt Malpass is known for producing pop, rock, and indie music.
